REMEMBRANCE OF A STRANGER
follow Yama after waking up from a coma with amnesia as he has to recover his memories of his past, his relationships and.... that stranger. Discover a fantasy world with unqiue characters that seems to be more important to Yama's past than he thinks.
PLEASE READ
This demo is ONLY to serve as an experience for the games STORY and does NOT have the full gameplay experience i would like the final to have. It isnt as intense as I would like the final game to be and the demo would NOT be considered psychologial horror - that is something i will expand on in the future
The demo does NOT have cutscene artworks & animations, much interactiveness etc. as stated the demo is for story only - the FULL game will be very different and more enjoyable for players.
This only covers the first three days out of ten - boss fights are NOT in the demo and will be seen in the full game
Finally, all assets such as sprites, maps art etc are NOT final. The overall aesthetic and appeal of the game will be revised and improved for the complete game

KNOWN BUGS
these will be fixed for the final game but please bare with them for the demo, if you experience any of these issues you may have to restart the game ^^;
Sprite issues - the doctor and mother's sprites often change sizes ^^; please ignore this. Sprites are also very desaturated... please ignore this also!
there are a few grammer issues - if you notice any big ones let me know

A very interesting game!! Loved the atmosphere and the characters, especially their designs<3 At some point i really got caught up in the lore, so I can't wait to play the full game once it's out!

This game looks very interesting. I played it for my random horror series. As well as my overall thoughts.
I do like the overall design of the game. The story seems cool as well and I like the characters. Will be looking forward to the full game

this game has some crazy potential!!
seriously loved it!! obviously there are some minor bugs here and there but that's fully expected for a new indie game!
the character designs are also stunning, i already got attacked to some of them!! although the lore doesn't go too deep in this demo yet, it still draws you in and makes you want to know more about the different worlds and everyone's backstory!
and making the main character amnesic is honestly a genius idea to get the player into the game, as the mc is remembering his past whilst the player is simultaneously discovering everything!
i got reminded of other stuff while playing this game, for example of omori (a group of 4 with both siblings and friends), maybe a bit of vocaloid with the character designs? (i'm sorry but yama's design reminds me of vflower a lot LMAOO) and after checking the creator's twt i saw some wh stuff and when seeing some of yama's sprites i sensed an ashe vibe i know it's probably just me though😭
but it's really amazing and i'm looking forward to the game's evolution, as long as it might take!!

Okay, my partners and I finally finished this demo! We all are going to comment here because why not. I'll start!
Me(@\Likiona)The game is REALLY pretty. Like really, I enjoyed the aesthetics of this game and the overall drawing style, can't wait to know more about the character especially Yama and The Conductor! The game sometimes can teleport you from one hospital floor to another, but it's not really interferes with the gameplay (You can just use the elevator again.) Also, when Yama goes to the kitchen to get an apple, you can get a shit-ton of them and the phone ringing is overlapping.
The dreams also felt a little weird, but I guess that's how they supposed to be! Anyway, I'm waiting for the full game and I wish you good luck while working on it!
Because of the bugs, I'll leave a solid 8\10.

i just finished the game and lowkey im invested into the story and i like it for short a demo, this game has so much potential. first thing ill give it is the charaters and charater design, it reminds me of genshin impact. i know what its like to make rpgmaker games and this game has so much effort put it its crazy, please dont discontinue this project/game its so good. for the negatives i will say that the game resolution is pretty low and the atmosphere feels pretty dead because there are barely any npcs. Also please do imanges like for example at the end of day 2 where everybody hugged yama, i felt like there should of been an imange of all the charaters hugging yama. anyways solid 9/10 for people who like visual novels and thank you for making this, pelase continue.❤️
